(July 2004) Kaidale Consultants help LL Bean in migrating a Call centre application from Cobol to J2EE: Participating in the areas of Business Analysis, Architecture, Design and developer using Rational Unified Process (RUP) KaiDale supports LL Bean in building thier next generation call centre applicaiton.

(June 2004) KaiDale starts a new initiative, Time and Capital Efficiency (TCE) Services: This initiative will give our clients an option of leveraging low cost application development, testing and maintenance services.

(April 2004) KaiDale extends its partnership with Microsoft to include ISV and packaged application development and support: KaiDale has extended its partnership with Microsoft to include development, software integration and packaged application development support to target small and mid sized clients. KaiDale plans to target clients with the BizTalk Server and Microsoft CRM product set and leverage its existing experience with large workflow, document flow and business rule development work and offer value based services to large and mid sized companies.

(February 2004) KaiDale moves to a bigger location: KaiDale moves from its old offices in Westford to a bigger office with better infrastructure in Chelmsford, MA.

(December 2003) KaiDale completes two Forte-to-Java migration projects for large New England Insurance company and is awarded a third one: KaiDale successfully completed migration of two projects from Forte to Java and is awarded the third for both migration and enhancement. All projects are done offsite and based on a turnkey model.

(September 2003) KaiDale bags one more contract from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.: KaiDale will build and integrate B-There's Microsoft based multi brand, multi property event management system with Starwood's J2EE based property management system using web services.

(June 2003) KaiDale built an Outlook application that was running on a single Sun server and deployed at all the Sheraton Properties (10-20 users per property) with central reporting and control: KaiDale using Nexaweb's technology built a rich internet application that provided Starwood hotels a centralized web application integrated to their CRM application that allows users to record, track and resolve guest related issues. This turnkey fixed price application was so successful that Starwood deployed this application from a proposed initial set of 9 Sheratons to over 200 Sheraton hotels. Starwood Hotels has also started deploying this application in Westin and W brands. This was one of KaiDale's most intense and extremely successful projects. Working closely with the Starwood CTO, VP of Architecture and Emerging Systems and VP of Rooms, KaiDale built an Outlook application that was deployed on a single Sun server and scaled to all Sheraton Properties (about 200+ property with about 10-20 users per property) with central reporting and control.
This application is recognized by InfoWorld as one of the top 100 innovative applications built in 2002.

(April 2002) KaiDale bags a contract from Starwoods Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc.: KaiDale bags a contract to build a web based application replacing the existing hotel expert system to track and resolve guest complaints.

(December 2001) KaiDale moves from onsite T&M consulting model to turnkey offsite/offshore model with a B2B application for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.: Starwood awards KaiDale with a pilot project that will provide a B2B interface using OTA (Open Travel Alliance) XML API with both web services and XML messaging to interface between four wholesalers and nine Starwood Properties using J2EE platform.

(December 2001) VI-Corp. changes name to KaiDale Consulting: VI-Corp makes an image shift by changing its name to KaiDale Consulting.

(August 2000) VI-Corp. bags a contract to build a turnkey project for Ardais Corp.: VI-Corp., builds a PDF license generation workflow application on the Web for Ardais.

(July 2000) VI-Corp. adds S1 Technologies to its insurance clientele list: VI-Corp. consultants start working on projects at S1 Technologies.

(March 2000) VI-Corp. plays a major part in starting the software division of Silico Insights: One of Vi-Corp's senior consultants is made Director of Engineering at Silico Insights. He will assist in concept development and creation of three product lines. VI-Corp also bags a turnkey project to develop one of these products.

(February 2000) VI-Corp. starts an Indian subsidiary: VI-India is created in Bangalore, India. Current responsibilities include helping VI-Corp., with their recruitment efforts and within a span of a year grow to a full fledged offshore development arm for VI-Corp.

(March 2000) VI-Corp. consultants join help a large Portsmouth based Insurance company on T&M development and bag two additional turnkey projects: Based on VI-Corp's expertise in Forte, Object Oriented Distributed Computing and Microsoft C++, VI-Corp. participates in the development of an application that generates of Workers Compensation Polices using Forte, XML and dument generation libraries. VI-Corp. also awarded two turnkey projects, the performance enhancement of a Microsoft C++ based Market Data Capture product and Forte based Rate Filing Utility.

(July 1999) VI-Corp acquires two more insurance accounts: VI-Corp. consultants start working at Sun Life of Canada and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

(January 1998) VI-Corp. acquires NacRe account: A senior consultant from VI-Corp. becomes a team lead to build a Portfolio Management, Individual Risk Insurance and Claims processing system.

(January 1997) First Client - State Street: VI-Corp. joins an existing effort to prototype the migration of an eighteen year old DML application to Forte. Also picks up responsibility for review of four other State Street applications.
