Time and Capital Efficiency (TCE) Services - This is a new initiative that was started, taking into consideration the current market conditions and industry trend. TCE service model helps reduce the overall cost and time of application development and maintenance. This service leverages skilled professionals offshore without any startup costs to our clients. A client can start with one person and then grow the team as needed. We follow a two-phase approach. During phase I, we formulate the process, communication infrastructure and undertake a pilot project. We make the offshore team a true extension of the onshore client team, ensuring work continuity between the two teams, thus enabling a 16x5 operation. Work gets done offshore at night at half the cost. After phase I, we let our clients make go/no-go decisions and upon a go, we apply lessons learned to ramp up the offshore operation.

Testing and Test Automation
We build test scripts using Mercury Interactive’s WinRunner, LoadRunner, QuickTest, IBM’s Rational Robot or Segue’s SilkTest. If the client has other tools, we learn them at our cost and generate scripts from them. We write UNIX and database scripts for setting up the initial state of the database for the scripts to run. We test web applications against multiple operating systems, browsers and hardware platforms.

Application Maintenance - production bug fixing
We support custom and packaged (ERP) applications. Custom applications can either be web based, client-server or database applications built on .Net (VB, C #) or java (J2EE) platforms. Packaged applications supported by us include SAP, Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards.

Application Development and Enhancements
We can develop n-tier client server, database (SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase, Oracle, DB2) and web (RIA, ASP, Struts, JSP) applications using Microsoft (VB, ASP, C#) and Java (J2EE) platforms. We use the latest object oriented development methodologies and tools (RUP, XP, Agile) to develop applications.

Website Development and Enhancements
We build and maintain web sites using Macromedia products, DreamWeaver MX, Flash MX, Fireworks, Contribute and Director.

Data Center Support
